We've had 2 cars drop dead in the last 6 weeks. (Engine on one, and tranny on the other) Right now, I'm looking at a late 90's 2-door tahoe. None of the girls want to drive it if we get it, so I may have to give up Ole Yeller for awhile until we can get finances in order and buy something newer and more reliable. The Tahoe though looks like the old beaters I used to drive and enjoy.

I also started with a stick shift: a '71 Volkswagen super beetle. I love the fact that I can now drive anything because of it.

I learned to drive in Dad's '59 Chevy BelAir, V-8, automatic....my uncle's '65 Chevy pickup, 6 cylinder, 3-on-the-tree....my granddad's '55 Ford F-100, flathead, 3-on-the-tree.
Ahhhhh.....the good ol' days!!!
