What kind of paints are you using Guy? Acrylics or oils or both?

What kind of paints are you using Guy? Acrylics or oils or both? I like to airbrush Tamiya acrylics thinned with Tamiya laquer thinner and I prefer finishing with oils as they're very easy to remove if things didn't go as they should. I use Humbrol enamels as well. I have a palette with colors I picked, I can make any color I want with them.

The base was put on hold and now the Platformwagen is back on the bench. The woodbed was cleaned as I didn't like the effects I achieved. This can be done better. The brake hoses were added to the railcar as well. With oils I gave it a rusty look. More, a lot more to come...

Thanks gents. I put the base back on the bench for some more addings. I sprinkled on crushed old seafoam. Once dry it was brushed again with more thinned woodglue. I then painted it with differe t shades of browngrey. The grind was finished with oils, I'm glad this fiddly part of the job is done. roll adice
