I have had this Young Miniatures bust laying about for about 5 years, and decided to finish it off. Of course, during the the layoff, the cap brim went AWOL, along with the binoculars.

Some more WIP's:

Base coats on entire bust, dark red flesh for the face:

A medium flesh wash on the face:

Flesh ink wash on face:

Another light medium and light flesh dry brush on face, with a wash of black grey for beard stubble.
Also painted whites of eyes, blue corneas and white dots for pupil highlights, then a flesh ink wash when eyes dried.
Uniform was roughly drybrushed with a lighter tint of original colour + white:
