Now that the two SPGs are done I need something to keep entertained until the PTO Group Build. So with that in mind I will do 2 maybe 3 easy builds. I will be back dating this from a late to a mid.

And here's the progress after about 10 hrs...

The dark color is using up left over paint in the airbrush by pre-shading. The road wheels and return rollers are done as well. I'm using from the spare parts bin a convoy light,smoke candles,a better looking fire extinguisher and co-axle opening closed up.

Thanks guys!! This kit is almost like a Tamiya kit,minor clean up,nice fit of parts and low parts count. Some more work after 3 hrs Sun.,busy schedule Mon and today so no bench time...

Got about 4 hrs in today so far. Now it's ready for some dry mud around the running gear,gloss coat,decals,antenna, and flat coat.

My plan was to back date a late StuH to a mid,but the only fighting compartment top A/M was one for Tamiya. So I decided to make it an up dated Mid that has just gotten a new barrel in the field. That's why the gray barrel,they would come from the factory in a dark gray heat resistant paint. Since the top has to come off for this job the field crew decided to up date it with the late remote controlled mg34 top, reason why there's no cammo on the roof.
