Greetings, gentlebeings! Beekster has arrived. Some of you may know me from the nearly-dormant Sherman Shop forum, where I seem to be keeping it alive. I'm a committed Sherman guy, and will likely post new projects here and also show some WIP stuff that has been chronicled on Sherman Shop up to now. If you see it here, you're viewing it in the middle of the project and the rest of the story, as they say, remains on Sherman Shop for as long as that site remains viable. I've also dabbled a bit in ships, notably a what-if Canadian dreadnought from WW1, and I have a serious fetish for tank transporters.

That's good, because my projects can percolate for years! I've just started a thread on my Madill 071; that has been in process for nearly five years after decades of accumulating references. I have a plethora of started-but-unfinished projects, including some pretty ambitious scratchbuilds like a Mack DM-895 tractor and scratchbuilt lowboy for an eventual Chilean M51 mineroller. Heaven only knows when I'll get back to those projects.

That sounds like more than one of us! HAHAHA I have a '58 Chevy Impala build going that has haunted me for the better part of seven years, and around five more on the bench! You'll fit in fine with this cast of characters!!

Welcome Beekster! We have a Boggster and now a Beekster! This place is really becoming more well rounded every day. I'm looking forward to seeing your work. I also love Shermans, but I only build in 1/72 scale. I've completed every Sherman issued by Dragon in 1/72 scale myself. I also just picked up a HEMMTT tank transporter recently that I will probably be starting very soon.

The more we invite our friends to join us the more rounded the site will become!!! I like that we have people from all different types of model making finding this site and making it there home!!! We are indeed blessed... also if you have a facebook page or other social media page put our site on it so others will know where you build and post your work!!!
