After 6 long years of non modelling activities, I am pleased to announce my first figure WIP thread!  It is from the same set that I made the 2 figure vignette shown in the completed dio section on this site, so long ago. Many things have changed, firstly being my eyesight. I now have to wear magnifiers when painting, which I have found to be very clumsy at with all the clutter on my bench. Secondly, most of my Vallejo paints are dried up, so used very thick Citadel acrylics that were watered down. I am so rusty at this, but hope to pick up speed and detailing with each figure I complete. At least I hope so...lol.

Great news, Dan!! No better way to kick the ol' mojo in the butt, than to jump in on something! It helped me last year, and I've been going ever since!
I know what ya mean about the old paint. Some of mine were solid rocks in the little bottles!! HAHAHA! I'm still finding old ones that need tossed!
The magnifier will help, when you get used to it. I use a swing arm lamp with a magnifier built in. Very handy!
