I had a setback on this one. Spent a good bit of time gathering up wheels and tires for the Dodge, only to find out they won't fit under the fenders! Back to digging!!!!

Oh no!!!! Can you narrow the axle to make them fit or is it still too tight?

That's a good idea, but it would be pretty tough on this one.

I dropped back and decided to use the kit wheels and tires: I still have the one on the far right to detail.

Here are the ones I had picked out: The wheels I'll be using are a factory Magnum 500 wheel available on MOPARS back in the day.

Those looked good too, the other tires couldn't fit these rims?

These rims don't work under the back fenders of the Coronet. They will fit on a '67 Dodge Charger. The rear wheel wells are different.

Ok they looked the same size...

About the same diameter. The custom wheels are deeper.

Got it, lol!!! Depth not height...

Right, they wouldn't tuck under the fenders in the back, and I couldn't modify the rear axle.
