The colors come out, crisp morning air and my backyard visitors from the black bear yesterday to the daily visitors, chipmonks, squirrels blue jays and these ladies and gents who are fattening up on crab apples...

Yeah I could supply Heidi with enough for the troops, this is the small morning group, we get over 20 come in later in the day... some of them are a good 30lbs or more...

Only one year the bear beat me to the pears so I've got the timeline down on when they will show up and I leave two giant apple trees unpicked up on the hill where they come from the forest just for them... keeps them away from the house for the most part...

Fantastic, where my mum lives shbregularly gets foxes sitting at her back window to be fed,pheasants, muntjac deer,badgers, she loves it. Not quite animals of your scale but nice all the same

We live inside the city limits, and I have three crabapple trees in the front yard. The deer in our area visit those trees, quite frequently!

Jed we have a small red fox that was here yesterday... a lynx about three miles down the road... have seen lots of deer (both mules and white tail), elk, moose, wolves, cougar, badger, ermine, and tons of different birds from bald eagles down to finches and hummingbirds... Living above the Columbia River draws all kinds of wildlife...
